Discovery and research<\/h3>\r\nWe started by reviewing the existing website, analytics and competitors, and by talking with the Angel Delite By Bae team about their customers, sales process and priorities. This gave us a clear picture of what visitors needed to see first and which actions mattered most to the business.\r\n<h3>2.
