How does it work?

During a one-hour session with one of our senior strategists, an intake evaluation will be conducted to assess your current position and desired goals. Your vision, mission, brand, values, and culture will be reviewed and a strategy with milestones will be developed to help achieve your objectives. The strategist will also explain how our organization can best support yours. The number of sessions required may vary depending on the complexity of your organization, products, and services, and the ambition of your goals. If our services are not suitable for your needs, our CEO will inform you honestly.
Step 2
After the initial consultation, your strategist will present a plan of action to the team. Our experts from various departments will collaborate to create a comprehensive marketing strategy, beginning with a short-term plan for the first 30-60-90 days. The strategy will include recommended tactics and a timeline to accomplish your goals. Additionally, an account manager will contact you to acquire any necessary brand assets and access to relevant platforms and tools.
Step 3
Your strategist will present the custom strategy to you for approval. We understand that your time is valuable, so we provide a deadline for approval before implementing the plan. We collaborate with clients who trust us to achieve results. If you do not have the time to focus on marketing in the current quarter, that is not a problem. We will proceed with delivering results and provide them to your designated point of contact.
Step 4
Our team is dedicated to implementing tactics to reach your goals. We manage and maintain your brand’s online presence through various channels such as SEO, Social Media, Content Writing, Demand Generation, Lead Generation, Web Design and Development (using WordPress), Email Marketing (using platforms like HubSpot or MailChimp), Brand Design, Brand Kits & Brand Guides, Whitepapers, Case Studies and other necessary elements. We have the expertise and resources to enhance the success of your company, whether it is a new startup or an established business. We also have the ability to find new resources if our current team does not possess the specific skills required for your project, saving you the time and effort of recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, providing benefits, and ongoing support.

We stay in touch with you and continuously monitor progress. As circumstances change, it’s possible that your priorities may shift or that you may want to promote a new product.
